We're now definitely into the busier weekends of this event and the year’s longest lines to enter so far reflected that. It was noticeably busier than previous weeks. It was also colder than it had been and people migrated inside earlier than usual.
And since some of our family members made it up this week I’ll take the opportunity to start off with a group picture. Clicking on it will give you a larger version.
And, since two of them (Matt & Calen) entered the log-sawing contest, let’s start things off with a video of that. Their time ended up being a very respectable 16.7 seconds but they still ended up in 2nd place (0:52).
Next is a video of an audience participation contest that pits the 4 quadrants in the hall against each other to see who can make the loudest noise singing a song. This time group #3 managed to best a combination of groups #1, #2, and #4. Here’s a short video clip of that (1:33).

And for the last video this week, here’s another rare opportunity to see the Chicken trying out her/his/it’s (?) hand at log sawing. It doesn’t happen often (1:00).
